The Neighborhood will be distinctly <br /> identifiable by the use of the "Prairie"architectural <br /> vernacular for the primary neighborhood design theme <br /> as described in the project description(subsequent <br /> neighborhoods shall utilize different design themes as <br /> required by the Plan). The project will provide ample <br /> To develop 12 identifiable, pedestrian-oriented pedestrian opportunities,as shown on the Pedestrian, <br /> residential neighborhoods,each organized around Bicycle,and Transit Plan. The tentative map shows a <br /> Community Neighborhood Centers consisting of K-8 schools, neighborhood center consisting of a K-8 school, a <br /> Character Goals parks,neighborhood commercial,and other neighborhood park,and a neighborhood commercial <br /> 7 2.3.a.O.a and Objectives neighborhood serving facilities.
