The proposed Specific Plan amendments will not adversely affect the jobs/housing program <br /> and housing affordability. <br /> • This determination can be made since it has been found that the proposed Specific Plan <br /> amendments will have no effect on overall land use buildout levels or densities and will <br /> have no effect on the jobs/housing program and housing affordability. <br /> 3.
