Adopt the attached Ordinance concerning Specific Plan Reimbursement Fees, <br /> which includes the amended Specific Plan Reimbursement Program Technical <br /> Report; <br /> 2. Adopt the attached amended Resolution for Specific Plan Reimbursement Fees; <br /> i ` <br /> and <br /> 3.
