adoption, excluding public lands that existed as of said date of adoption. <br /> Base Mountain House Specific Plan I Reimbursement Fee. "Base Mountain House Specific <br /> Plan I Reimbursement Fee" means the cost-per-acre fee specified in the Specific Plan <br /> Reimbursement Program Technical Report, obtained by dividing the total cost incurred by <br /> Trimark Communities, Inc. for the preparation and adoption of the Mountain House Specific <br /> Plan I and related Supporting Documents by the total gross acreage within the area covered <br /> by the Mountain House Specific Plan I as of the date of its adoption, excluding public lands <br /> that existed as of said date of adoption. <br /> Public Facility. "Public facility" means any facility operated by a public entity, including but not <br /> limited to, public buildings, including schools and related facilities; sewage collection, <br /> treatment, and disposal facilities; facilities for the supply, storage, treatment, and distribution <br /> of nonagricultural water for municipal and industrial uses for meeting Title 22 of the California <br /> Administrative Code; facilities for the collection and disposal of storm waters for drainage <br /> and/or flood control purposes; facilities for the generation of electricity and the distribution of <br /> gas and electricity; transportation and transit facilities including, but not limited to, streets, <br /> roads, ports, airports, and related facilities; parks and recreation facilities; police stations and <br /> fire stations; or hospitals. <br /> Public Entity. "Public entity" means a public utility or public agency. <br /> 14. Numbered Subsections 1 through 13 above shall replace numbered subsections 1 through 5 <br /> of Resolution No. R-99-472 pertaining to the approval and adoption of the Mountain House <br /> Master Specific Plan Reimbursement Fee and the Mountain House Specific Plan I <br /> Reimbursement Fee. <br /> 15.
