The source of water in proposed agricultural ditch monitoring locations shall be <br /> described in the report. <br /> In addition, Mountain House CSD and Trimark Communities shall submit quarterly monitoring reports <br /> which tabulate all data collected to date. Quarterly monitoring reports shall be submitted by the 20'x' day <br /> of the month following the end of the quarter (i.e., the second quarter report is due 20 July). <br /> It is recommended we meet to discuss the status of the monitoring program and the required technical <br /> report.
