The business plan information has <br /> not been submitted for 2022. The business plan information was last submitted on 1/24/18. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: The hazardous materials inventory shall be submitted by January 15 of each calendar <br /> year and may be submitted beginning November 1 of the previous year. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately log into the CERS at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, enter the correct or updated <br /> information, and submit to the EHD for approval. <br /> This was corrected on site. <br /> This is a Class II violation. <br /> 10 HSC 25508.1(a)-(f) Failed to electronically update the HMBP within 30 days of substantial change in operations. <br /> OBSERVATION: During the inspection, if was found the business owner has not been updated from Stirm Family <br /> Inc., the Primary Emergency and Environmental Contact, Barry Stirm, has not been affiliated with this facility since <br /> at IeastAugust 2021.
