(113953, 113953.1, 114067(0) <br /> #7 Hot and Cold Holding Temperatures <br /> OBSERVATIONS:The Advant Edge 2-door cooler was 48-49 F.This is a repeat violation from last routine inspection on <br /> 11-02-2021. Kitchen lead stated on the last inspection that a work order would be placed for the cooler that was 48 F.A <br /> work order has not been fulfilled as of today per kitchen lead. <br /> I returned towards the end of the inspection and observed several frozen food items were placed inside cooler.At this point, <br /> the observed temperature was 41 F. It is unclear if the temperature dropped due to the frozen food items being added to the <br /> cooler. <br /> Repair/Replace cooler to ensure it maintains 41 F or below to protect potentially hazardous foods items from deterioration <br /> and food-borne illness-causing bacteria.
