All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public health <br />and have the potential to cause foodborne illness. All major violations must be corrected immediately. Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br />the food facility. <br /> #21 Hot and Cold Potable Water Not Available <br />OBSERVATIONS: The highest observed water temperature was 113 F. Adjust hot water heater to maintain 120 F minimum <br />for the mop sink. Correct today. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: An adequate, protected, pressurized, potable supply of hot water and cold water shall be provided at all times. <br />(113953(c), 114099.2(b) 114101(a), 114189, 114192, 114192.1, 114195) <br /> #33 Nonfood Contact Surfaces Clean <br />OBSERVATIONS: The cooling fan covers inside the walk-in cooler had dust accumulation. Maintain fan covers clean to <br />protect stored food items from contamination from fallen debris. Correct today. <br />------------------------------------ <br />The Blend Sip Chill Shake and Smoothie dispenser has a gap on the mid-left area that has an accumulation of trash and <br />discarded paper lids. Clear and clean this area as needed today. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: All nonfood contact surfaces of utensils and equipment shall be clean. (114115 (c)) <br /> #43 Toilet Facilites Clean/ Supplied/ Maintained <br />OBSERVATIONS: The wall-mounted soap dispenser in the restroom is leaking onto the floor and wall. Repair/replace the <br />dispenser within seven days. <br />-------------------------------- <br />A roll of paper towels was on top of the paper towel dispenser instead of inside at the restroom hand sink. Maintain paper <br />towels stocked inside the dispenser to prevent contamination of the paper towel roll. Correct within seven days. <br />------------------------------ <br />Observed a pile of debris behind a bucket underneath the hand sink in the restroom. Sweep floor and clean floor daily and <br />as needed. Correct today. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Toilet facilities shall be maintained clean, sanitary and in good repair. Toilet rooms shall be separated by a <br />well-fitting self-closing door. Toilet tissue shall be provided in a permanently installed dispenser at each toilet. The number of toilet <br />facilities shall be in accordance with local building and plumbing ordinances. Toilet facilities shall be provided for patrons: in <br />establishments with more than 20,000 sq ft. establishments offering on-site liquor consumption.
