SMALL, BLACK SPECKS OR BUGS WERE FLOATING IN SODA. DRIVE-THRU SODA <br /> MACHINE SODA DID NOT TASTE RIGHT. COMPLAINANT'S 10 YEAR OLD CHILD ORDERED A CHILLY CHEESE <br /> DOG.THE CHILLY CHEESE DOG WAS AS HARD AS A ROCK AND NOT EDIBLE. THE WOMEN'S RESTROOM HAD <br /> WATER COMING OUT FROM UNDER THE DOOR TO RESTROOM AND COMPLAINANT DID NOT OPEN THE DOOR. <br /> 'COMPLAINANT REQUESTS A CALL BACK AFTER INSPECTION. <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM--LOCATION--TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> No Temperature Data Collected <br /> NOTES <br /> On-site for the alleged complaint. Met with facility manager and discussed complaint. I was given consent to inspect premises. <br /> Per manager,the soda fountain drink dispenser in the dining area has not been in use due to the ice machine being out of <br /> order.The manager stated that customers that eat in the dining area receive their drinks from the drive-thru fountain drink <br /> dispenser. The fountain drink dispenser was shut off to prevent accidental usage. No violation identified at the drive-thru <br /> fountain drink dispenser.The hot dogs are made to order.They are kept inside the prep line cooler. Currently, hot dogs are at <br /> 38 F. When ordered, they are heated to 155 F in the microwave then served to customer. No violation identified with the hot <br /> dogs. Inspected women's restroom. No leaks were observed. No violations identified in the restrooms.
