COMPLAINT INSPECTION REPORT <br /> 2:15 pm <br /> 1:38 pm <br />Time Out: <br />Time In: <br />Environmental Health Department <br />Name of Facility: MORRIS MARKET DELI Date: 06/21/2022 <br />Address: 2907 S EL DORADO ST, STOCKTON 95206 <br />Owner/Operator: NIJJAR G CORPORATION Telephone: (510) 376-7402 <br />Program Element: 1600 - FOOD PROGRAM Complaint #: CO0054952 <br />Responsible Party Contact: <br />DESCRIPTION OF COMPLAINT ALLEGATIONS <br />The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department received the following complaint: <br />COMPLAINANT ALLEGES THE EMPLOYEES ARE OUT IN FRONT OF THIS BUSINESS COOKING AND SELLING <br />CHICKEN ON A DAILY BASIS. COMPLAINANT IS CONCERNED BECAUSE THEY DO NOT HAVE A PERMIT TO DO <br />THAT. <br />VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br />Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br />113700. All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public health <br />and have the potential to cause foodborne illness. All major violations must be corrected immediately. Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br />the food facility. <br />OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br />No Temperature Data Collected <br />FOOD ITEM -- LOCATION -- TEMP º F -- COMMENTS <br />NOTES <br />On site for complaint investigation. I didn't see the alleged vendor cooking/selling chicken in front of the store. Went inside the <br />store, Morris Market Deli, and spoke to the manager. Manager stated he was aware of the vendor selling in front of the store. <br />The vendor does not operate outside of the store anymore as of two days ago, per manager. I left my information and asked if <br />anyone comes by to operate, they can call EHD for assistance on how to get a permit. <br />Unable to confirm the complaint. <br />The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br />Safety Code.
