All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public health <br />and have the potential to cause foodborne illness. All major violations must be corrected immediately. Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br />the food facility. <br /> #7 Hot and Cold Holding Temperatures MAJOR <br />OBSERVATIONS: The cold holding temperature inside the Pepsi 1-dr cooler was observed at 51 F. Adjust unit to maintain <br />41 F or below. If additional servicing is needed, discontinue use of this cooler for storing potentially hazardous foods until it <br />has been repaired. Provide 41 F or below within seven days. <br />-------------------------------------------------------------- <br />Food items inside the Pepsi 1-dr cooler were observed at temperatures greater than 50F. Operator moved prepackaged <br />chicken currently at 46 F to Coca Cola cooler currently at 36 F. The yogurt and sandwiches which exceeded 50 F were <br />voluntarily discarded. Shelf-stable chocolate candy bars were left inside cooler. <br />Corrected on Site. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Potentially hazardous foods shall be held at or below 41/ 45°F or at or above 135°F. (113996, 113998, <br />114037, 114343(a)) <br /> #6 Handwashing Facilities Supplied and Accessible <br />OBSERVATIONS: Inside restroom, observed the roll of paper towels on top of the toilet tank lid. Maintain the paper towel <br />roll on a wall-mounted paper towel dispenser to prevent contamination of the paper towel roll. Correct today. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Handwashing soap and towels or drying device shall be provided in dispensers dispensers shall be <br />maintained in good repair. (113953.2) Adequate facilities shall be provided for hand washing, food preparation and the washing of <br />utensils and equipment. (113953, 113953.1, 114067(f)) <br /> #32 Food Properly Labeled and Honestly Presented <br />OBSERVATIONS: Observed individually prepackaged chicken with partially removed labels. The label portion was lacking <br />the information where the chicken was processed. Employee stated that they are purchased cold from Winco Foods. Retain <br />portion of label stating information where the chicken was processed and the portion stating the "Best By ..." date. Correct <br />within five days. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Any food is misbranded if its labeling is false or misleading, if it is offered for sale under the name of another <br />food, or if it is an imitation of another food for which a definition and standard of identity has been established by regulation. Food facilities <br />with 19 or more chains in the state shall disclose nutritional information.
