SAN J OA U I Environmental Health Department <br /> COUNTY <br /> — <br /> Hazardous Materials Program Inspection Report <br /> Facility Name: Facility Address: Date: <br /> ANTONINI ENTERPRISES LLC 287 N CARDINAL AVE, STOCKTON June 24, 2022 <br /> SUMMARY OF VIOLATIONS <br /> (CLASS I,CLASS II,or MINOR-Notice to Comply) <br /> Item# Remarks <br /> 10 HSC 25508.1(a)-(f) Failed to electronically update the HMBP within 30 days of substantial change in operations. <br /> OBSERVATION: During the inspection, it was found contacts Mike McWeeney and Gage McWeeney have not been <br /> affiliated with this facility since at least 12/31/21 and at least twenty-four 5,516 gallon containers of lithium liquid <br /> (flammable liquid, corrosive), one 5,516 gallon container of combustible liquid (n-Methyl-2-Pyrrolidone), and fifteen <br /> 5,516 gallon containers of flammable liquid alcoholic beverage and forty-three 5 gallon pails of latex paint arrived at <br /> the site not long after 1/1/22 (actual date was not available). The business has not updated and submitted the <br /> information within 30 days. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: Within 30 days of one the following events, business shall electronically update the <br /> information submitted to the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS): <br /> a) A 100 percent or more increase in the quantity of a previously disclosed material. <br /> b) Any handling of a previously undisclosed hazardous materials <br /> c) A change of business or facility address <br /> d) Change business ownership <br /> e) Change of business name <br /> f)(1)A substantial change in the handler's operations occurs that requires modification to any portion of the <br /> business plan. <br /> (2) For the purpose of this subdivision, "substantial change" means any change in a facility that would inhibit <br /> immediate response during an emergency by either site personnel or emergency response personnel, or that could <br /> inhibit the handler's ability to comply with Section 25507, change the operational knowledge of the facility, or impede <br /> implementation of the business plan. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at <br /> http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, enter the correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval. <br /> This is a repeat violation, Class II. <br /> FA0022825 PR0539935 SCO01 06/24/2022 <br /> EHD 19-01 Rev.12/06/2021 Page 3 of 5 Hazardous Materials Program OIR <br /> 1868 E.
