(113953, 113953.1, 114067(0) <br /> #21 Hot and Cold Potable Water Not Available <br /> OBSERVATIONS:Hot water at the 3 comp sink was fluctuating during the inspection originally it was at 109 F and then it <br /> dropped to 88 F within 1 minute and later it was 115 F and dropped to below 98 F after less than 30 seconds.The water at <br /> the restroom hand sinks were 98 F and 96 F. Per manager the water heater was serviced after the routine inspection. <br /> Provide hot water at 120 F minimum at the 3 comp sink and mop sink and at 100 F minimum at all hand sinks, hot water <br /> should be able to maintain above 100 F consistently. <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:An adequate,protected,pressurized,potable supply of hot water and cold water shall be provided at all times. <br /> (113953(c), 114099.2(b) 114101(a), 114189, 114192, 114192.1, 114195) <br /> #41 Plumbing Maintained;Approved Back Flow Device <br /> OBSERVATIONS:Observed no ai gap between ice machine discharge pipe and floor sink under 3 comp sink.
