All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public health <br />and have the potential to cause foodborne illness. All major violations must be corrected immediately. Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br />the food facility. <br /> #7 Hot and Cold Holding Temperatures <br />OBSERVATIONS: The cold holding temperature for the two door True reach-in cooler was observed at 44 F. Operator <br />adjusted the temperature control to correct the temperature. Monitor the reach-in cooler temperature to ensure 41 F is <br />maintained for proper cold holding temperatures. Correct today. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Potentially hazardous foods shall be held at or below 41/ 45°F or at or above 135°F. (113996, 113998, <br />114037, 114343(a)) <br /> #21 Hot and Cold Potable Water Not Available <br />OBSERVATIONS: The hand sinks in the women's restroom and family restroom were observed at 80 F & 84 F. Adjust the <br />hand wash sink warm water temperature to maintain a minimum of 100 F. Correct today.
