SAN JLLJIN <br /> Environmental Health Department <br />Time In: 11:07 am <br />Time Out: 11:30 am <br />COMPLAINT INSPECTION REPORT <br />Name of Facility: Date: 04/15/2022 <br />Address: 2449 W KETTLEMAN LN, LODI <br />Owner/Operator: PACIFIC COSTANZO LEWIS PIP Telephone: <br />Program Element: 1600- FOOD PROGRAM Complaint #: C00054820 <br />Responsible Party Contact: <br />DESCRIPTION OF COMPLAINT ALLEGATIONS <br />The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department received the following complaint: <br />STORE IS LEAVING OUT EXPIRED FOODS SUCH AS BAKED GOODS, BREAD, AND NUTS. CUSTOMER BOUGHT <br />EXPIRED FOOD FROM THE STORE MULTIPLE TIMES. <br />VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br />Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br />113700. All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public health <br />and have the potential to cause foodbome illness. All major violations must be corrected immediately. Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br />the food facility. <br />OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br />FOOD ITEM -- LOCATION --TEMP ° F -- COMMENTS <br />No Temperature Data Collected <br />COMMENTS AND OBSERVATIONS <br />I went to the facility and spoke with the manager, who was not aware of a recent complaint regarding this issue. <br />Per manager, the bread wall, baked goods and distress program products are check daily. <br />I let manager know that we check for "use by" dates on baby formula and and baby food. <br />I wanted to make sure that bread products did not show visible signs of expiring. <br />I check bread products and products appear to be within the "sell through date" <br />I also observed a pie, and one package of each of the following cookies, almonds, roasted and salted nuts, peanuts and raw <br />pecan halves which are all within the sell though dates. <br />The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br />Safety Code.
