SAt JOAN\ <br /> Environmental Health Department <br />Time In: 11:10 am <br />Time Out: 12:15 pm <br />COMPLAINT INSPECTION REPORT <br />Name of Facility: VVINCO FOODS #103 Date: 04/27/2022 <br />Address: 2850 PAVILION PKWY, TRACY 95304 <br />Owner/Operator: Telephone: (209) 833-7454 <br />Program Element: 1600 - FOOD PROGRAM Complaint #: C00054832 <br />Responsible Party Contact: <br />DESCRIPTION OF COMPLAINT ALLEGATIONS <br />The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department received the following complaint: <br />COMPLAINANT PURCHASED SALAD FROM DELI ON 04/11/22 WHICH SHE CONSUMED FOR DINNER AND WAS <br />SICK THE NEXT DAY ENDED UP AT HOSPITAL LABS CAME BACK THAT COMPLAINANT CONTACTED E COLI <br />VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br />Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br />113700. All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public health <br />and have the potential to cause foodbome illness. All major violations must be corrected immediately. Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br />the food facility. <br />OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br />FOOD ITEM -- LOCATION --TEMP ° F --COMMENTS <br />No Temperature Data Collected <br />COMMENTS AND OBSERVATIONS <br />Complaint inspection. <br />As per manager she is not aware of the complaint. No reported illness by employees. No employees working for other food <br />facilities, day care or health care facilities. Staff consuming food eaten by complainant. No out of the country traveling by <br />employees. Salad and deli sandwiches are prepared in a separate room, away from the raw meat preparation and sea food <br />preparation. By inspecting the Deli/ salad room, 3 comp sink has temp at 130F, hand sink is at 104F and fully supplied with <br />soap and paper towels from dispensers, prep sink temp at 133F. Sanitizer bucket has QUAT 300 ppm and strips are <br />available. Walk in cooler/ salad and Deli is at 41F. Deli display cooler is at 41F. <br />Salad ingredient is received from the warehouse and delivered to be kept in Produce department walk in cooler ( 41F) and in <br />the salad prep room walk in cooler. No potential source of contamination in the Deli/ salad room when they do the food <br />preparation.Salad is prepared and packaged to be displayed in Deli display cooler ( 41F) or held on the open case cooler at <br />41F. Gloves are available on site. As per manager, gloves are used during food preparation. Rest rooms hand sinks are at <br />100F or more and fully supplied with soap and paper towels. <br />The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br />Safety Code.
