FOOD ITEM -- LOCATION --TEMP ° F --COMMENTS <br />3 dr Ikon reach-in w/prep top --41.00° F hand sink — restrooms 100.00° F <br />hand sink — bar — 100.00° F hand sink-- kitchen -- 100.00° F <br />walk-in cooler -- 41.00° F <br />NOTES <br />Complaint inspection. <br />Manager was not aware of complaint. <br />Per manager the butter chicken that is used for the butter chicken pizza is cooked in two to three batches a day and after <br />cooling it is stored in the walk-in and reheated to order. <br />The covered pizza dough is stored in the walk-in for 2-3 days after which it is discarded. <br />The paneer used for the paneer pizza is stored in the walk-in. <br />The pizza cheese container is stored in the 3 dr Ikon reach-in and it is replaced every 1-2 days. <br />The pizza sauce container is stored in the 3 dr Ikon reach-in and it is replaced every 5 days. <br />The butter chicken just started being prepped during the inspection. <br />No pizza orders were made during the inspection. <br />Chlorine test strips available on site. <br />Observed folding bed in dry food storage room. Per manager this bed is solely used for resting by the employees, fold bed <br />and store it away from dry food items when not in use. <br />Discussed report with manager. <br />No signature captured. <br />The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br />Safety Code.
