SAk JOAJUIN <br /> Environmental Health Department <br />Time In: 10:20 am <br />Time Out: 11:00 am <br />COMPLAINT INSPECTION REPORT <br />Name of Facility: 99 CENTS ONLY STORES #185 Date: 05/25/2022 <br />Address: 1320W ELEVENTH ST, TRACY 95376 <br />Owner/Operator 99 CENTS ONLY STORES LLC Telephone (209) 839-9619 <br />Program Element: 1600 - FOOD PROGRAM Complaint #: C00054916 <br />Responsible Party Contact: <br />DESCRIPTION OF COMPLAINT ALLEGATIONS <br />The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department received the following complaint: <br />SAW RODENT DROPPINGS ON THE FLOOR, AND LOTS OF DUST AND DIRT NEXT TO THE AREAS BY THE <br />WINDOWS INSIDE THE STORE. <br />VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br />Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br />113700. All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public health <br />and have the potential to cause foodborne illness. All major violations must be corrected immediately. Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br />the food facility. <br />#33 Nonfood Contact Surfaces Clean <br />OBSERVATIONS: I observe some scattered pasta and sugar crystal on the display shelves on sales floor. Clean and <br />sanitize surfaces today. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: All nonfood contact surfaces of utensils and equipment shall be clean. (114115 (c)) <br />OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br />FOOD ITEM --LOCATION -- TEMP ° F -- COMMENTS <br />No Temperature Data Collected <br />COMMENTS AND OBSERVATIONS <br />Complaint inspection. <br />As per manager, she is not aware of the complaint. Pest control is serviced every 2 weeks. Most recent service is done <br />yesterday. <br />I don't observe any rodent droppings on the floor or on storage shelves, at the produce department, at prepackaged food <br />aisles. <br />Areas by the windows are clean. <br />The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br />Safety Code.
