He is requesting a health inspector to approve their facility to open. Spoke <br />with area inspector. Called David back and informed him to call EHD when they <br />are ready for inspection to be re-opened. <br />05/27/2022 On site inspection: <br />Discharge was due to a snapped fuse line. A new fuse line was put in and ansul <br />system was recharged. <br />All open food and wrapper were discarded. <br />Griddle, cooking equipment and floor affected by the ansul system discharge <br />have been cleaned. <br />This facility is approved to be re-opened. <br />Inspection report emailed to: David Cherry, Supervisor, davidc@mcdgs.org <br />PRESTO <br />05/27/2022 Complaint submitted today from Manteca Fire Department regarding Ansul system FAHMY <br />was discharged without any fire. <br />Facility is closed. I went and facility was in the middle of recharging the Ansul <br />system and cleaning the griddle from the discharged green liquid. Floor and <br />exterior surfaces of adjacent cooking equipment to be cleaned. All food in open <br />food containers on hot and cold hold units had been discarded. <br />Still working on cleaning. <br />Manager will contact the EHD for inspection when they are ready to open. <br />5105.rpt <br /> Page 1 of 1
