Spoke to the manager who reported that the tanks <br />contained spent carbon water that is generated off site through air and water filtration processes. The spent carbon <br />water is taken to East Bay Municipal Utility District for treatment. <br />California Health & Safety Code section 25185.6— Provide information to this department regarding handling and <br />treatment of hazardous substances, hazardous materials and hazardous wastes. <br />Title 22 California Code of Regulations section 66262.11 — A person who generates a waste must determine if a waste <br />is a hazardous waste. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTIONS/ORDER: <br />Please provide the following information: <br />Safety Data Sheets and amounts of the materials stored on-site. <br />Describe the chemicals and processes at the Stockton site. <br />What wastes are generated at the Stockton site?
