City of stockton already been contacted and waiting for a <br />call back. I asked Carol to take photos. <br />05/05/2022 Arrived on site to verify sewage discharge. No sewage was observed in the gutter <br />or storm drain. Mud like staining was observed in the gutter. Followed the mud like <br />staining in the gutter down to a house on the end of the street. The house had <br />mud like staining coming from their side gate, down their driveway and down the <br />gutter. Called lead senior to verify what sewage discharge looks like. No odors <br />were observed in the gutter. <br />Saved all photos into the shared drive for area inspector to review tomorrow. <br />Emailed area inspector update on the sewage discharge visit, included a pathway <br />to the photos, and a map showing areas observed impacted with the mud like <br />substance. <br />05/05/2022 Received a CalOES spill report regarding 31,500 gallons of sewage that <br />overflowed and entered a storm drain. I generated a complaint and gave the spill <br />report to the after-hours person to follow-up. <br />PRESTO <br />VAN G-LEE <br />05/06/2022 Replied to Ciera and Gabby Unit 3 on OIR they did last night. WONG <br />05/06/2022 I reviewed email update and photos received from night person, Carol Presto. I <br />discussed complaint update with lead Haza Saeed and program coordinator. I left <br />a voicemail message for Richard Stifler at 209-993-3274 requesting for a call <br />back. Richard returned my call and stated that it is their standard procedure to <br />vacuum the sewage back into the sewage system, sanitize with a light dilution of <br />bleach, pressure wash the area, and vacuum it back into the sewage system. <br />Richard stated he could not confirm of the sanitation process was performed. <br />Richard stated he will let me know once he has the information. I received a <br />message from Richard stating that the area was washed adn rinsed thoroughly <br />with hydrant water. I updated the day on-call person. <br />VAN G-LEE <br />05/09/2022 Ebbet 4542. Confirmed no equipment is required fixing; line that was plugged has WONG <br />been unplugged and is now free flowing according to Eric of City of Stockton. No <br />release into the waterways and was contained in the storm drain and went back <br />into the system.
