Other Requirements may also apply. These Requirements cannot be <br /> modified. <br /> A. A soil suitability study, as required by Section 9-1105.2 (d) of the San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title, indicating that the area is suitable for a septic tank system must be <br /> y performed prior to issuance of building permits or prior to final occupancy approval. A <br /> review fee of $174.00 is required at time of submittal to the Environmental Health Division. <br /> The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage standards of San Joaquin <br /> County prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of the manual of <br /> septic tank practice or E.P.A. Design Manual for onsite wastewater treatment and disposal <br /> system is required for each parcel. A permit fee of$87.00 per percolation hole is required. <br /> B. The existing private water wells shall be tested for the chemical dibromochloropropane <br /> (� (DBCP) and nitrates prior to issuance of building permits or prior to final occupancy 4K� ' <br /> U,o approval. Samples are to be taken and analyzed by a State-approved laboratory. (San �- <br /> '►^ Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1115.7). <br /> C. Applicant shall make application to operate a public water system with San Joaquin County <br /> Environmental Health Division. <br /> The supplier must possess adequate financial, managerial, and technical capability to assure <br /> delivery of pure, wholesome, and potable drinking water in accordance with San Joaquin <br /> County Development Title, Sections 9-1120.2 and—91115.9 and C.C.R., Title 22, and Health <br /> and Safety Code, Section 116525 through 116570. <br /> Page 1 of 2 -fA <br /> A Division of San Joaquin County Health Care Services <br />
