Other Requirements may also apply. These Requirements cannot be <br />modified. <br />A. State on revised site plans, improvement plan, and/or prior to issuance of building permits the <br />maximum number of employees the sewage disposal system is being designed for and that <br />the leach field area will be barricaded so it cannot be driven over, parked on, or used as a <br />storage area. This leach field area must be used for that specific purpose only and cannot <br />contain any underground utility lines. (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9- <br />1110.4(c)(5)). <br />B. If floor drains are required, they must be plumbed through a sand/oil separator and <br />discharged to an above ground system approved by the Environmental Health Division. A <br />registered engineer must design this system. The material collected in the above ground <br />holding system must be analyzed for hazardous constituents prior to disposal. Specific test <br />requirements may be obtained from the Environmental Health Division. A $156.00 plan <br />check fee is required at the time of submittal. <br />C.
