Located on the S. <br /> side of Linne Rd. , W. of Chrisman Rd. , S. of Tracy. <br /> APPLICANT: Tracy Rural Fire District APN: 253-220-03 <br /> INFORMATION: <br /> The site is not located within a Federal Flood Insurance <br /> Administration Designated Flood Hazard Area. <br /> Linne Road has an existing right-of-way width of 50 feet, and a <br /> planned right-of-way width of 84 feet. <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS: <br /> 1. Dedication to result in a 42-foot wide right-of-way from the <br /> centerline of Linne Road to the property line-.shall be <br /> required across the frontage of APN 253-220-03 . <br /> (Planning Title Section 9-2143) <br /> 2 . The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee will be required for this <br /> development. The fee is due and payable at the time of <br /> building permit application. (The fee currently is $1, 126. 00 <br /> per 1, 000 gross square foot of building as "Warehouse" in the <br /> Tracy area. If there is no building permit required, the fee <br /> will be exempt. The fee shall be automatically adjusted July <br /> 1 of each year by the Engineering Construction Cost Index as <br /> published by the Engineering News Record. ) <br /> (Resolution R-90-304 , R-91-1025) <br /> 3 .
