Linne Road, Tracy <br /> (Steve St. Sure) <br /> ----------------------------------------------------------------- <br /> 1. The following Uniform Building Code and San Joaquin Ordinance <br /> requirements will be applicable and shall be incorporated in <br /> the construction plans before submittal to the Building <br /> Inspection Division: <br /> a. Exterior walls less than 20 ' from a property line shall <br /> be of one-hour, fire-resistive construction. <br /> b. Provide restrooms conforming with all disabled access <br /> requirements (C.C.R, Title 24) . <br /> C. The floor area of the parking garage (B-1 occupancy) <br /> shall be served by one or more floor drains which shall <br /> drain to an approved grease and oil separator. The <br /> separator shall have prior approval by the Public Health <br /> Services (Environmental Division) before submission to <br /> this Division for permits and meet all the criteria for <br /> hazardous waste generation. <br /> 2 . The Construction Site Plan shall indicate the following: <br /> a. Provide parking for the physically handicapped. The <br /> space(s) shall be located as close as possible to the <br /> primary entrance (C.C.R. , Title 24) . <br /> b. Provide identification signs for the parking space(s) <br /> including the "tow away" sign at each entrance or visible <br /> from each space (C.C.R. , Title 24) . <br /> C. The slope of a parking space shall not exceed 1/4 inch <br /> per foot (C.C.R, Title 24) . <br /> JH/as <br />
