SUMMARY <br /> NOA ENVIRONMENTAL(NOA)has been retained Mr. Stan Robertson,27337 South Banta Road, <br /> Tracy, CA 95376 to conduct a Surface/Subsurface Contamination Report for the property located <br /> at 1801 and 1999 West Linne Road, Tracy, CA 95304. <br /> The purpose of this Surface/Subsurface Contamination Report is to identify,to the extent feasible, <br /> any potential source of surface or subsurface contamination caused by past or current land uses. <br /> Regional and local database lists were reviewed, and local and regional agencies were contacted in <br /> order to determine if any recognized environmental conditions exist on the subject property. The <br /> search radius for this investigation extended to adjoining properties,and to properties within a search <br /> radius of one-quarter mile. As an adjunct to the database search, the subject property background <br /> and history of past use were investigated. Physical characteristics including the topography, soil <br /> type, and groundwater depth and flow direction beneath the subject property are discussed. <br /> Interviews were conducted and a site reconnaissance was completed.
