Other requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot be <br /> modified. <br /> A. The Surface and Subsurface Contamination Report dated September 26, 2003,was deemed <br /> incomplete. Prior to Parcel Map and/or Certificate of Compliance approval, an addendum <br /> shall be submitted to the Environmental Health Department and receive approval from the <br /> Environmental Health Department. <br /> B. A soil suitability study, as required by Section 9-1105.2 (d)of the San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title, indicating that the area is suitable for a septic tank system must be <br /> performed prior to recordation of Parcel Map and/or Certificate of Compliance. A review fee <br /> of$186.00 is required at time of submittal to the Environmental Health Department <br /> The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage standards of San Joaquin <br /> County prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of the manual of <br /> septic tank practice or E.P.A. Design Manual for onsite wastewater treatment and disposal <br /> system is required for each parcel. A permit fee of$93.00 per percolation hole is required. <br /> C. Prior to Parcel Map and/or Certificate of Compliance, applicant needs to show the <br /> Environmental Health Department staff that an abandoned well does not lay under a large <br /> concrete slab near a terminated electrical service pole. Should a well be present,the well <br /> shall be properly destroyed under permit and inspection by the Environmental Health <br /> Department(San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1115.5 (e)). <br />
