Linne Rd., Tracy Land Use Application #PA-04-90(MS) The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD) has reviewed the Surface and Subsurface Contamination Report, dated September 26, 2003, prepared by Neil O. Anderson & Associates, Inc, and has determined the following: The Surface and Subsurface Contamination Report has been found incomplete. Please refer to the attached checklist for items found to be insufficient. An addendum to the Surface and Subsurface Contamination Report addressing the items found insufficient must be submitted to the EHD prior to the recordation of the parcel map. Please be advised that any additional time required to review the addendum will be billed at a rate of$93.00 per hour. In order to satisfy the conditions of approval under the EHD jurisdiction for this project, please submit to the EHD those items noted above prior to parcel map approval.
