The well must be repaired under permit and inspection by the Environmental Health <br /> Department (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1115.4(e)) as follows: <br /> • Install cement surface seal around the well casing to protect the well casing sufficiently <br /> and the integrity of well grout. <br /> F. State on revised site plans the maximum number of employees and customers the sewage <br /> disposal system is being designed for. In addition, show on revised plans that the leach field <br /> area will be barricaded so it cannot be driven over, parked on, or used as a storage area. This <br /> leach field area must be used for that specific purpose only, and it cannot contain any <br /> underground utility lines (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1110.4(c)(5)). <br /> NOTE: The proposed septic will not fit into the areas as shown and still meet the San Joaquin <br /> County Sewage Standards. <br /> G.
