The streets which are stubbed for future extension will require temporary turnarounds. <br /> Provisions shall be made for removal of the temporary turnaround upon demand by the County, <br /> including security to ensure its removal. Adjacent property owners shall be given notice of the <br /> temporary nature of the turnaround and the provisions for removal in the future. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1150.2) <br /> 17. Water meters shall be installed on all water services. <br /> (Board of Supervisors Order B-91-650) <br /> 18. An Offer of Dedication of ground water rights is required. <br /> 19. Annexation of the development into CSA 44-A and 44-B for Storm Drainage,water and Sewer <br /> shall be required. The applicant shall be responsible for any fees required for annexation. <br /> 20. A traffic study shall be prepared by the Department of Public Works. The applicant shall pay <br /> for said study after a scope of work and estimated cost has been established.
