(209) 468-3284 <br /> RE: GP-01-02 & ZR-01-07 (REVISED), Attention Jeff Fisher <br /> 7999 West Linne Road, Tracy <br /> San Joaquin County Environmental Health Division has reviewed the Groundwater Yield <br /> Evaluation Report performed for the City of Tracy dated November 1990. A subsequent <br /> Groundwater Management Policy Report was prepared for the City of Tracy dated April 2001. <br /> An additional Groundwater Information Report was prepared by the applicant's consultant to <br /> address Environmental Health Division concerns. <br /> Information in these reports state that there are adequate supplies of groundwater for the <br /> community of Tracy and that includes the project area. Environmental Health Division also <br /> understands that the applicant will be providing a separate waste water treatment plant to serve <br /> this project. Environmental Health Division will have an opportunity to review and comment on <br /> the proposed wastewater treatment plant during the design phase. Environmental Health <br /> Division can now support the proposed General Plan Amendment and Zone Reclassification for <br /> the 48-plus acres. <br /> A Division of San Joaquin County Health Care Services <br />
