GP-01-2 OF <br /> LINNE ESTATES (FIFTH DISTRICT), GENERAL PLAN AMENDMENT NO. GP-01-4 <br /> OF DAVID AND ELLEN SILVA (FIRST DISTRICT), AND GENERAL PLAN AMENDMENT <br /> NO. GP-01-14 OF AURORA TRANSPORTATION (FIFTH DISTRICT) <br /> IT IS RECOMMENDED: <br /> That the Board of Supervisors: <br /> 1. Approve the First Cycle General Plan Amendments for General Plan Amendment <br /> No. GP-01-2 of Linne Estates, General Plan Amendment No. GP-01-4 of David <br /> and Ellen Silva, and General Plan Amendment No. GP-01-14 of Aurora <br /> Transportation; and <br /> 2. Adopt the attached ordinances for Zone Reclassification No. ZR-01-7 (relative, to <br /> General Plan Amendment No. GP-01-2), Zone Reclassification No. ZR-01-2 <br /> (relative to General Plan Amendment No. GP-01-4), and Zone Reclassification <br /> No. ZR-01-10 (relative to GP-01-14). <br /> BACKGROUND: <br /> On January 15, 2002, the Board of Supervisors adopted a Motion of Intent to approve General <br /> Plan Amendment No. GP-01-2 and Zone Reclassification No. ZR-01-7 of Linne Estates. On <br /> March 12, 2002, the Board will consider Motions of Intent to approve General Plan Amendment <br /> and Zone Reclassification Nos. GP-01-4 and ZR-01-2 of David and Ellen Silva, and General Plan <br /> Amendment and Zone Reclassification Nos. GP-01-14 and ZR-01-10 of Aurora Transportation. <br /> REASON FOR RECOMMENDATION: <br /> Approval of the First Cycle General Plan Amendments would complete the processing of General <br /> Plan Amendment Application No. GP-01-2, and General Plan Amendment Application Nos. <br /> GP-01-4 and GP-01-14 if the Board approves Motions of Intent to approve these two General <br /> Plan Amendments. Adoption of the attached ordinances for Zone Reclassification No.'s ZR-01-7, <br /> ZR-01-2 and ZR-01-10 would complete the process of approving these applications. <br />
