BEFORE THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF THE COUNTY OF SAN JOAQUIN, STATE OF CALIFORNIA R-02- RESOLUTION APPROVING FIRST CYCLE GENERAL PLAN AMENDMENTS FOR GENERAL PLAN AMENDMENT NO. GP-01-2 OF LINNE ESTATES, GENERAL PLAN AMENDMENT NO. GP-01-4 OF DAVID AND ELLEN SILVA, AND GENERAL PLAN AMENDMENT NO. GP-01-14 OF AURORA TRANSPORTATION WHEREAS, on November 29, 2001, the San Joaquin County Planning Commission considered General Plan Amendment No. GP-01-2; on February 7, 2002, said Planning Commission considered General Plan Amendment No. GP-01-4 and General Plan Amendment No. GP-01-14; and WHEREAS, on January 15, 2002, this Board of Supervisors did conduct a public hearing on General Plan Amendment No. GP-01-2; on March 12, 2002, this Board of Supervisors did conduct a public hearing on General Plan Amendment No. GP-01-4 and on General Plan Amendment No. GP-01-14; notices of which hearings were given in accordance with law, and oral and documentary evidence having been received in favor of or opposed to said matters, and this Board of Supervisors being advised on the premises; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by this Board of Supervisors that General Plan Amendment No. GP-01-2, General Plan Amendment No. GP-01-4, and General Plan Amendment No. GP-01-14 be, and they hereby are, approved, with said approved General Plan Amendment applications attached hereto as Exhibit"A" and made a part of this Resolution.
