ORDINANCE NO. <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING MAPS OF SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY IN <br /> ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 9-105.6 OF THE ORDINANCE CODE OF SAN JOAQUIN <br /> COUNTY BY RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY LOCATED ON THE NORTH SIDE OF LINNE ROAD, <br /> 300 FEET WEST OF CHRISMAN ROAD, TRACY, AS SHOWN ON THE ATTACHED EXHIBIT <br /> The Board of Supervisors of the County of San Joaquin, State of California, do ordain as <br /> follows: <br /> WHEREAS, on November 29, 2001, the San Joaquin County Planning Commission <br /> considered this matter; and <br /> WHEREAS, on January 15, 2002, this Board of Supervisors did conduct a public hearing <br /> on said matter, notice of which hearing was given in accordance with law, and oral and <br /> documentary evidence having been received in favor of or opposed to said matter, and this Board <br /> of Supervisors being advised on the premises; and <br /> WHEREAS, this Board of Supervisors approves a Negative Declaration as adequate to <br /> address the impacts of the proposed project; and <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of <br /> San Joaquin, State of California, do ordain as follows: <br /> SECTION 1. The Zoning Maps of the County of San Joaquin, as amended, is hereby <br /> further amended by reclassifying property from Rural Residential (R-R) to Very Low Density <br /> Residential (R-VL) as shown on Exhibit A, attached hereto and made a part of this Ordinance. <br /> SECTION 2. The Community Development Department Director shall revise the Zoning <br /> Map of the County of San Joaquin in accordance with Section 1 of this Ordinance. <br /> SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force thirty (30) days after its <br /> adoption, and prior to the expiration of fifteen (15) days from the passage thereof, shall be <br /> published once (1) in the Stockton Record, a newspaper of general circulation published in the <br /> County of San Joaquin, State of California, with the names of the members of the Board of <br /> Supervisors voting for and against the same. <br />
