ORDINANCE NO. AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING MAPS OF SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 9-105.6 OF THE ORDINANCE CODE OF SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY BY RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY LOCATED ON THE NORTH SIDE OF LINNE ROAD, 300 FEET WEST OF CHRISMAN ROAD, TRACY, AS SHOWN ON THE ATTACHED EXHIBIT The Board of Supervisors of the County of San Joaquin, State of California, do ordain as follows: WHEREAS, on November 29, 2001, the San Joaquin County Planning Commission considered this matter; and WHEREAS, on January 15, 2002, this Board of Supervisors did conduct a public hearing on said matter, notice of which hearing was given in accordance with law, and oral and documentary evidence having been received in favor of or opposed to said matter, and this Board of Supervisors being advised on the premises; and WHEREAS, this Board of Supervisors approves a Negative Declaration as adequate to address the impacts of the proposed project; and NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of San Joaquin, State of California, do ordain as follows: SECTION 1. The Zoning Maps of the County of San Joaquin, as amended, is hereby further amended by reclassifying property from Rural Residential (R-R) to Very Low Density Residential (R-VL) as shown on Exhibit A, attached hereto and made a part of this Ordinance. SECTION 2. The Community Development Department Director shall revise the Zoning Map of the County of San Joaquin in accordance with Section 1 of this Ordinance. SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force thirty (30) days after its adoption, and prior to the expiration of fifteen (15) days from the passage thereof, shall be published once (1) in the Stockton Record, a newspaper of general circulation published in the County of San Joaquin, State of California, with the names of the members of the Board of Supervisors voting for and against the same.
