A $410.00 fee currently is required for processing, per <br /> 'ffevelopment Title Table 9-240.2, in addition to a c--.:;y of the Grand Deed, legal descriptions, <br /> and an estimate. The estimate and legal descriptic-,s shall be prepared by a Registered Civil <br /> Engineer with a typical section drawing on a form tc te supplied by the Department of Public <br /> Works and submitted to Public Works for approval. A.s an option, Public Works will prepare <br /> the drawing with the estimate for an additional fee of X175.00. The fee will be based on the <br /> current fee schedule. (Development Title Section 9-1150.2[d][3]) <br /> (3) In the future, cumulative traffic will require a traffic s:anal at the Chrisman Road and Schulte <br /> Road intersection. The fair share percentage for Prase 1 is 1.3 percent, which shall require <br /> a payment of$10,400.00. <br /> (4) In the future, cumulative traffic will require a traffic s'_-al at the Linne Road and MacArthur <br /> Drive intersection. The fair share percentage for P`-.a-S=_ 1 is 5.2 percent, which shall require a <br /> payment of$7,600.00. <br /> 4. ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH DEPARTMENT (Staff Contact: Raymond Borges, 468-3284) <br /> a. A qualified environmental professional shall prepare an U::."ated Surface and Subsurface <br /> Contamination Report to identify any potential source of s'.: ace or subsurface contamination <br /> caused by past or current land uses. The report shall incl;:,je evaluation of non-point sources of <br /> hazardous materials, including agricultural chemical res;,::es, as well as potential point sources, <br /> such as fuel storage tanks, septic systems, or chemical stc-age areas. If the report indicates <br /> there is contamination, corrective action shall be taken, as recommended in the report and <br /> concurred with by Environmental Health prior to recordat:c- of the final map. (Development Title <br /> Section 9-905.12[a][c]) <br /> NOTE: The original report dated June 14, 1999, did not include all properties included in this <br /> subdivision application. <br /> b. The project shall be served by a public sewer collection and treatment system constructed in <br /> conformance with the requirements of the Environmental Health Department and the Department <br /> of Public Works. A wastewater treatment plant study acceptable to Environmental Health and I <br /> Public Works is required prior to approval of the improvement plans of any work within the site. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1105.2) <br /> NOTE: The proposed design shall incorporate denitrification of the final effluent in the design of <br /> the proposed Wastewater Treatment Plant. <br /> c. Connection to an approved public water supply system is required. (Development Title Section 9- <br /> 1120.2) <br /> (1) A test well will be required to meet the following: <br /> A. Water quality tested to meet Title 22, CCR (Safe Drinking Water Act) requirements. <br /> B. Water quantity tested to show an adequate source. <br /> C.
