The business will have 30 days to complete <br /> the HMMP once a hazardous material arrives on site. <br /> If the sewage treatment facility handles or stores an acutely hazardous material ( ammonia, <br /> chlorine, etc.) at the threshold planning quantity, then a Risk Management Plan will be required <br /> before operations begin at the facility. <br /> Please contact me at (209) 468-3969 if you have any questions. <br /> DF/djt <br />
