Specifically on behalf <br /> of our client,we have concerns regarding the proposed Project which includes the <br /> creation of 77 residential lots on Linne Road just west of Chrisman Road. <br /> Teichert is concerned that the proposed residential subdivision may be inconsistent <br /> with its existing,permitted quarry excavation and processing operations. Teichert's <br /> Tracy Rock Plant off of MacArthur Road and Linne Road is within %Z a mile west of <br /> the proposed subdivision Project. Teichert's Tracy Rock Plant is currently <br /> processing excavation material from several adjacent properties. Existing San <br /> Joaquin County Quarry Permits associated with the Tracy Rock Plant include <br /> Excavation Permit EP-84-10, Quarry Excavation QX-91-2, and Quarry Excavation <br /> QX-96-2. In addition,Teichert's Tracy Rock Plant is processing material from <br /> property within the City of Tracy pursuant to Tracy Permit 10-00-CUP. <br /> Teichert's permitted quarry excavation and processing operations generate truck <br /> traffic. One of the approved truck hauling routes from the Tracy Rock Plant includes <br /> traveling from MacArthur Road to the east along Linne Road to Chrisman Road. <br /> 345718-2 <br />
