The project includes <br /> approximately 100 acres involving 1.2 land owners. <br /> Roger Elissagamy and I have formed an LLC for this ventnur. We are attnpting <br /> to persuade all of the land owners to participate in order to cause the streets and <br /> infrastruicmm to have an efficient and orderly design. <br /> I°hree of the land owners are undecided about participation and am considering <br /> the processing,individually, of applications for subdivision for their own account. <br /> As subdividers, it has been difficult to convince these undecided land owners that <br /> individual wells and sic systems are no longer allowed in this aroea. Certain of <br /> tln' undecided land owners have suggested that subdividing into 2A parcels would <br /> preclude the necessity of public water and waste water Mtems. <br />
