Vi. <br /> t is held invalid or unenforceable, shall not be affected thereby, and each term <br /> nd provision of this Agreement shall be valid and be enforced to the fullest <br /> extent permitted by law, <br /> (j) Waivers, No waiver of any breach of any agreement or <br /> provision herein contained shall be deemed a waiver of any preceding or <br /> qucceeding breach thereof, or of any other agreement or provision herein <br /> contained. No extension of time for performance of any obligation or act shall be <br /> deemed an extension of the time for performance of any other obligation or act. <br /> (k) Assignment. Buyer shall not, without the prior written <br /> consent of Seller, assign Buyer's rights hereunder, or any part thereof, to any <br /> person, firm, partnership, corporation or other entity. The assignment of this <br /> Agreement by Buyer, whenever permitted, shall not relieve Buyer of its <br /> obligations hereunder, <br /> ' (1) Subject to the provisions of (i) above, this Agreement shall <br /> be binding upon and shall inure to the benefit of the successors and assigns of <br /> Buyer and Seller, respectively. <br /> (m) Counterparts.
