At what point will building permits be issued and when can County acceptance be anticipated for the W.W.T.P? 2. In consideration of all project on-site/off-site improvements,when will residential building permits be issued,occupancy granted,and finals available? Note: The Health Department (Mike Huggins) and Building Department (Mike Ehret) should attend to achieve c psensus. It was our idea that actual test results from a very similar operating W.W.T.P. should be the primary factor in judging the 7H plant intended for Linne. Our search turned up a 60K gallon 7H plant in Auburn(Linne 55K gallon). This plant went on line five months ago and is demonstrating excellent lab results. (Well within State standards). Since Mike Huggins is familiar with discharge requirements,and the Urine conditions for approval of the Urine W.W.T.P.include the Health Department,I have given a copy of the recent test results of the Auburn plant to hien,anticipating his comments. Additionally,we have a draft copy of a 5 year O&M agreement which we are negotiation with 7H which we plan to transmit to you for review. (Ultimately a contract between the County and 71-1). It is our idea that the term of the agreement should end when the County has enough experience to operate the plant.
