The report shall include as- <br /> built drawings signed and stamped by a California registered engineer showing the <br /> treatment plant and disposal area layout. The report shall clearly document any <br /> significant deviation from the system design as presented in the RWD. <br /> b. By 26 August 2004, the Discharger shall submit and implement an Operation and <br /> Maintenance (O&M) Plan for the wastewater system. The O&M Plan shall instruct <br /> WAStaHWbd.TSan JoagainWnne EaateaU=WDRO.d.c <br />
