Other requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot be <br /> modified. <br /> A. A soil suitability study/nitrate loading study indicating that the area is suitable for septic tank <br /> usage must be performed prior to recording of Final/Parcel Map as required by Section 9- <br /> 1105.2(d) of the San Joaquin County Development Title. A nitrate loading study is required <br /> and a review fee of$435.00 must be paid at time of submittal to Environmental Health <br /> Division. <br /> The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage standards of San Joaquin <br /> County prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of the manual of <br /> septic tank practice or E.P.A. Design Manual for onsite wastewater treatment and disposal <br /> system is required for each parcel. A permit fee of$87.00 per percolation hole is required. <br /> B. Construction of Engineered sewage disposal system(s) under permit by the Environmental <br /> Health Division will be required subject to approval prior to issuance of building permits. <br /> This condition must be recorded on Final/Parcel Map (San Joaquin County Development <br /> Title, Section 9-1110.3 & 9-1110.4). <br /> NOTE: Additional septic systems for new parcels cannot impact the overall accumulation of <br /> nitrates in the first water aquifer, thus requiring an engineered sewage disposal system <br /> with annual monitoring and permitting requirements. <br /> e <br /> Page 1 of 2 <br /> A Division of San Joaquin County Health Care Services <br />
