Mr.Martin indicated to the applicants that they <br /> will need to prepare a Traffic Study and a new Site Plan. Mr. Karam asked the applicants <br /> to fax him a request for the Traffic Study. <br /> -------------------------------------------------- <br /> 2:00 p.m. 7. SITE APPROVAL APPLICATION NO. SA-00-64 OF <br /> JJ RANDY &MARIE BECKER. A Site Approval application to <br /> establish a landscape service and maintenance business, which will <br /> consist of constructing a 1,920 square foot shop and a 320 square <br /> foot mobile cargo container to be used for storage of equipment. <br /> The applicants are proposing to store landscaping materials and <br /> equipment on-site and will operate between the hours of 7:00 a.m. <br /> and 8:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. In addition, it has been <br /> proposed that the landscaping supplies be delivered during the <br /> hours of 10:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.. Mundy Lane, Lodi). <br /> Jennifer Jolley, Associate Planner; Stan Chesney,Premier Environmental Service, Inc.; <br /> Kermit Darrow, Building Division; Ted Norgard, Environmental Health Division; <br /> Steve Dalton, Fire Prevention and Jerry Herzick,Building Division were present for this <br /> item. <br /> Ms. Jolley introduced the project. <br /> Mr. Chesney asked if the parking areas need to be chip seal or asphalt. Ms. Jolley <br /> indicated that the Planning Commission would have the final say on that issue. <br /> Mr. Martin informed the applicant that the Development Committee is recommending <br /> asphalt concrete and if he disagrees then he can go to the Planning Commission and ask <br /> for chip seal. Mr. Dalton indicated that as far as access wise it would need an all weather <br /> surface. Mr. Chesney asked what that typically include in chip seal from fire. Mr. <br /> Dalton informed the applicant that chip sealing is not outlined in the standards that is <br /> used. The standards require compassion of 90%with class two aggregate base rock. <br /> Ms. Jolley reviewed the parking requirements with applicant.
