MS-01-10 Revised
C. This project shall be provided with public water service at the time of Final/Parcel Map
recordation. A letter shall be submitted from the purveyor stating that these services either
are bonded for or are in place, prior to final approval (San Joaquin County Development
Title, Section 9-1120.2).
NOTE: Environmental Health Division has information that water quality in this general area
has been impacted and the ground water contains elevated levels of nitrates above the
State's Maximum Contaminant Level (MCL) for area public water systems. The private
drinking water wells of individual lots in this area may be above (MCL) also.
D. Environmental Health Division is requiring that the domestic well on Parcel#1 be tested for
nitrates by a state certified laboratory. The results shall be submitted to Environmental
Health Division in order to determine its water quality (San Joaquin County Development
Title, Section 9-1115.7).
