I contacted Annie Holden (office manager) of King Island
Enterprises. Per Annie, there is no release at this time and the boat owner, Tony
Romero, has scheduled the boat recovery on 04/06/2022 during low tide (4:30pm).
Annie stated that booms have been set-up around the boat and she did not
observe any sheen. Annie sent me photos of the boat and I did not observe any sheen.
04/06/2022 Generated complaint record and printed photos received from the complainant.
