Other requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot be <br /> modified. <br /> A. The Environmental Health Department requires a soil suitability/nitrate loading study, <br /> indicating that the area is suitable for septic tank usage. This must be performed prior to <br /> Parcel Map or Certificate of Compliance (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9- <br /> 1105.2(d)). A nitrate loading study is required, and a review fee of$465.00 must be paid at <br /> time of submittal to the Environmental Health Department. <br /> The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage standards of San Joaquin <br /> County prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of the manual of <br /> septic tank practice or E.P.A. Design Manual for onsite wastewater treatment and disposal <br /> system is required for each parcel. A permit fee of$93.00 per percolation hole is required. <br /> B. Construction of individual domestic water well under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Department is required at the time of development based on the Soil <br /> Suitability/nitrate loading findings (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9- <br /> 1115.3). <br /> C. Construction of individual sewage-disposal-system(s) under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Department is required at the time of development based on the Soil <br /> Suitability findings (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1110.3 & 9-1110.4). <br /> E0405 <br /> MH:cf <br />
