NOA JOB NUMBER: P05161 <br /> PROPERTY LOCATION: 2777 and 2625 West Linne Road,Tracy, CA 95304 <br /> Page 2 <br /> The Surface/Subsurface Contamination Report Questionnaire <br /> The Surface/Subsurface Contamination Report (SSSCR) satisfies San Joaquin County requirements for <br /> parcel division and lot line adjustments and is intended to identify any sources of contamination on the <br /> property from on- or off-site causes. <br /> San Joaquin County requires that the current (and former, in some cases) owners of the property be <br /> interviewed regarding any environmental knowledge of the property they may possess. The attached two- <br /> part questionnaire is designed to supplement the interview requirement of the SSSCR. <br /> Part 1 includes questions which relate specifically to the user's responsibilities,and to additional information <br /> sources which will be useful to us in completing our investigation most efficiently. Please complete this <br /> portion of the questionnaire at your earliest convenience and return it to us promptly. <br /> Part 2 includes questions to be asked of the current property owner and/or occupants. Please forward a copy <br /> of this portion of the questionnaire to the current owner and request that they complete and return it as soon <br /> as possible. [If you currently own the property and purchased it over six months ago,please complete Part <br /> 2 as well.] If the property is currently developed for non-residential uses, a copy of Part 2 should also be <br /> forwarded to each commercial tenant,with a request that it be completed and returned. <br /> We thank you for you assistance with this process. <br /> If you have any questions about this questionnaire,please contact Nancy Rosulek at(209)367-3701 <br />
