SANJOAQUIN <br />COUNTY— <br />Environmental Health Department <br />Underground Storage Tank Program Inspection Report <br />Facility Name: <br />Facility Address: <br />Date: <br />PG&E: Stockton Service Center <br />4040 West Ln, Stockton <br />September 21, 2022 <br />Other Violations <br />2010 <br />See below <br />Unlisted General violation <br />❑ V ❑ R ❑ COS <br />SUMMARY OF VIOLATIONS <br />(CLASS I, CLASS II, or MINOR - Notice to Comply) <br />Item # <br />Remarks <br />102 <br />CCR 2711 Failure to submit a complete and accurate application for a permit to operate a UST. <br />OBSERVATION: Tank installation dates indicated on CERS, California Environmental Reporting System, for the <br />following tanks, unleaded (1/1/1994), diesel (1/1/1994), and waste oil tank (1/1/1998), are incorrect. <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: Any change of information must be updated in CERS within 30 days of the changes. <br />CERS submittal information must be accurate. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately log into CERS, make the necessary changes, and submit for review by the <br />EHD. <br />This is a minor violation. <br />319 <br />CCR 2635, 2637.2, 2665, 2712 Failure to comply with overfill prevention equipment requirements. <br />OBSERVATION: Overfill has not been approved. <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: Approved overfill prevention equipment inspections were required to be conducted by <br />October 13, 2018, and every 36 months thereafter, and within 30 days of completion of a repair. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Provide documentation ensuring compliance with with LG -113 and Title 23 2643(f). <br />This is a Class II violation. <br />Overall Inspection Comments: <br />An inspection checklist was provided to the facility operator on the day of inspection.
