Environmental Health Department <br />Hazardous Materials Program Inspection Report <br />Date: <br />June 14, 2022 <br /> Facility Address: <br /> 1705 N RIPON RD, RIPON <br /> Facility Name: <br /> RIPON FIRE DEPT (RFD) STATION 3 <br />SUMMARY OF VIOLATIONS <br />(CLASS I, CLASS II, or MINOR - Notice to Comply) <br />RemarksItem # <br /> 4 HSC 25508(a)(1) Failed to electronically submit the Business Activities or Owner/Operator Identification page. <br />OBSERVATION: The Business Owner/Operator Identification form was not submitted. <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: This information must be current and submitted as part of the business plan. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at <br />http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, enter the correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval. <br />This violation was corrected on site. <br />This is a minor violation. <br /> 5 HSC 25505(a)(1) Failed to electronically submit hazardous materials inventory for all reportable materials on site. <br />OBSERVATION: 270 gallons of diesel were found on site that have not been reported to CERS. <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: Any material that meets or exceeds the reportable quantity shall be reported in the <br />facility's business plan. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTIONS: Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at <br />http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, add the materials to the hazardous material inventory, and submit to the EHD for <br />approval. <br />This violation as corrected on site. <br />This is a minor violation. <br /> 6 HSC 25505(a)(2) Failed to electronically submit a site map with all required content. <br />OBSERVATION: A site map was not submitted as part of the business plan.
