THE ONLY REASON THE MANAGER IS HAVING THEM CLEAN THEM IS BECAUSE THEIR ANNUAL <br /> INSPECTION IS COMING UP.THEY ALSO LEAVE THE BATHROOMS A MESS. COMPLAINANT HAS PHOTOS OF THE <br /> FLOOR DRAIN. <br /> —PLEASE CALL COMPLAINANT. <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM--LOCATION--TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> No Temperature Data Collected <br /> NOTES <br /> Complaint investigation. Discussed complaint with assistant manager who consented to the inspection of the floor drains and <br /> restrooms. Upon inspection of the floor drains and restrooms. Both the restrooms and floor drains were observed as being <br /> cleaned as of this day. The assistant manager stated that she believes the complainant is a former employee who resigned <br /> because she was asked to clean floor drain filters and restrooms.
